You can check the status of your order by clicking Track Order on the Furnish Factory® Tracking page.
Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details by e-mail and WhatsApp.
Again, once we dispatch your shipment, you will be notified via WhatsApp.
Your tracking link may take up to 24 hours from shipping date to get activated.
In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you will receive an update from us.

Yes, you can cancel your item(s) within one hour after your order is confirmed. After 1 hour, cancellation will not be possible.

We start making progress within a few hours of your order. Incase for unforeseen circumstances, you want to cancel your in-processing order, write to care@furnishfactory.in with your complete order number.
